Following the closure of IRC Holland, Holland's representation on ICFRA has been taken over by F-Class NL, and Mr J (Jim) de Kort has become the NL representative on ICFRA Council

At the General Assembly of the Confederation, held in Brisbane on 8 October 2011, the following new appointments were made:-

V-President:  Lt Col CCC (Colin) Cheshire OBE (GB)

Secretary-General and Treasurer: EPJ (Phil) Harrison (ENG)

Chairman, World Championship Committee:  D (Dennis) Flaharty (USA)

ICFRA is pleased to welcome Israel into Affiliate Membership

ICFRA welcomes Italy into affiliate membership and is pleased to announce that the Continental Palma Council (CPC) will resume full membership from 1/1/2011.

Great Britain Win Australia Match at Bisley by 1972.207 to Australia's 1943.179 and Channel isles 1942.181.  The Under-25 Australia Match also goes to GB by a single point - 979.97 to 978.81 for Australia.  Details on 'results' page, and gallery here.

Consequent on the World F Class Championships the following Countries qualify for, and have taken up, Full Membership:- Republic of Ireland
Netherlands

The following Country has taken out affiliate Membership:-
Spain

And the following Country has reverted from full to Affiliate Membership:- 
Namibia.

Meanwhile Wales has retired from Affiliate Membership.

Contact lists have been amended to reflect these decisions.
